Aydın Doğan Vakfı tarafından UNICEF, UNFPA, UN WOMEN işbirliğinde düzenlenen  11 Ekim Dünya Kız Çocukları Günü Konferansı kapsamında iklim değişikliği karşıtı çalışan bir sosyal sorumluluk projesiyiz. Vizyonumuz, 2015'te Paris'te yapılan Birleşmiş Milletler İklim Değişikliği Çerçeve Sözleşmesi kapsamında imzalanan Paris Anlaşması ile belirlenen  dünya sıcaklık ortalamasının  iki dereceden fazla artmaması hedefine ulaşılmasına katkı sağlamak ve bu konuda farkındalık yaratmaktır.  Misyonumuz, bireysel farkındalığın artırılması doğrultusunda sosyal medya araçlarını etkin kullanarak  iklim probleminin sebebi, sonucu ve çözümleriyle ilgili bilgilendirici ve bilinçlendirici çalışmalar yapmaktır. #BirDünyayaİkiDereceSığmaz!

MANIFESTO

TWO DEGREES DOESN'T BELONG IN ONE WORLD We must prevent the world temperature average from increasing 1,5 degrees. If this temperature average will be even 2 degrees higher we will come up against with irrevocable consequences.  Nature will always find a way to remind us if we forget that we are one of the working wheels of it. The delusion of human beings as a commander will cause nature to be known as subservient thus it will be worse for the earth. However human beings must be adaptable as well as the other creatures.  Otherwise first but not least we have to pay the price of climate change. We might take leave from a different world whether the temperature average keeps rising. Forest fires, floods, disruption of ecological balance, extinction of species, regional droughts, epidemic diseases, extinction of water resources, seasonal disruptions, extreme climate conditions… Nevertheless each one of us has the power to change the ongoing situation for the better a...
